I've been generally okay since cutting down how much time I spend on social media, particularly Instagram. It's opened up a lot of creative energy and space in my days, and helped ease the rage, grief, and dread about the intensity of backlash against social progress.
I'm doing alright, just trying to find some balance but something always comes to create chaos just as the balance is about to be achieved....it's a never ending cycle. 🤗
